12. Membership/ Advertising Terms
Annual membership fee renews automatically at the end of each annual term from start date. Annual Payment is non-refundable. However, in the event of Publisher not being able to publish listing (s) and provide services to the advertiser, the Publisher will issue a refund for the unused time period of this agreement. Ad listings cancellations must be received in writing, 30 days prior to the annual scheduled online publication term in which the ad is scheduled to publish. The Advertiser employs Spanish speaking staff and/or speaks Spanish and carries malpractice insurance. The Advertiser is responsible to check ad for accuracy.
13. Other Terms
If any provision of this Terms of Use Agreement shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provision) shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent. 12. Membership/ Advertising Terms
Annual membership fee renews automatically at the end of each annual term from start date. Annual Payment is non-refundable. However, in the event of Publisher not being able to publish listing (s) and provide services to the advertiser, the Publisher will issue a refund for the unused time period of this agreement. Ad listings cancellations must be received in writing, 30 days prior to the annual scheduled online publication term in which the ad is scheduled to publish. The Advertiser employs Spanish speaking staff and/or speaks Spanish and carries malpractice insurance. The Advertiser is responsible to check ad for accuracy.
